TheraFit London is a specialist mind–body service based in Central London. We cater to busy professionals experiencing burnout, chronic stress, and exhaustion, or those who are heading in that direction. Our approach is rooted in personal experience from working long NHS hours while managing a private practice in the City. We combine psychological expertise with a deep understanding of how the body holds stress.
Our Story
TheraFit London emerged from a very real problem: people doing meaningful work at the expense of their personal health. Years of back-to-back clinical days, heavy emotional loads, and the demands of private practice led to chronic exhaustion, sleep disruption, and a feeling of being permanently “switched on.” This relentless stress became inescapable.

Traditional self-care advice—rest more, exercise more, take time off—was simply not enough. The nervous system remained in survival mode, and the body carried tension regardless of how much time was set aside for recovery. It became clear that a different approach was necessary: an integrated method that addressed both the psychological and physical impacts of burnout.
From this insight, TheraFit London was created as a space where expert psychological therapy and movement training come together in a structured, evidence-informed way.
