TheraFit London is a specialist mind–body service based in Central London, created for busy professionals experiencing burnout, chronic stress, and exhaustion, or who are heading that way. The approach is built on lived experience of working long NHS hours alongside running a private practice in the City, combined with psychological expertise and a deep understanding of how the body holds stress.


Our Story


TheraFit London grew out of a very real problem: people doing meaningful work at the cost of personal health. Years of back‑to‑back clinical days, heavy emotional load, and the added demands of private practice led to chronic exhaustion, sleep disruption, and a sense of being permanently “switched on”. In other words, inescapable stress.
