4. Do I need to have a referral to book an appointment?
No referral is needed. You can book directly with us. However, if you’re using insurance, it’s a good idea to check with them or your details with us and we will contact them directly to see if our programme has been authorised.

7. What happens when I contact TheraFit London?
You will be booked for an initial consultation with one of our specialists in mental and physical health. They will assess your mental health as well as physical. Based on the assessment, you will be allocated to a specific programme to meet your needs.
