Position:  Group Therapists/ Psychologists


Location: London, Kings Cross onsite only




    •    Conduct Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT/DBT/ACT)  group sessions

    •    Facilitate compassionate group therapy sessions

    •    Design and implement therapeutic programs for corporate clients

    •    Assess and monitor the progress of individuals and groups

    •    Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care

    •    Maintain up-to-date records and documentation

    •    Provide crisis intervention when necessary




    •    Proven experience in running group therapy sessions

    •    Expertise in CBT and compassionate therapy

    •    Experience working with corporate clients

    •    Strong organiSational and communication skills

    •    Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

    •    BABCP/ BACP/HCPC and other professional bodies  accreditation


Preferred Qualifications:


    •    Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology or related field

    •    At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role

    •    Familiarity with corporate wellness programs

Key Responsibilities:


 •   Plan and conduct Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, or Yoga classes for groups.

 •   Customise workouts to meet the needs and goals of clients of all fitness levels.

 •   Provide guidance on proper form, technique, and breathing.

 •   Ensure the safety of clients during classes by monitoring and correcting techniques.

 •   Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages client engagement and retention.

 •   Stay current with industry trends and continuing education to provide high-quality instruction.

 •   Assist in maintaining a clean and organised studio environment.

 •   Participate in studio events, workshops, and community outreach programs.




 •   Certification in Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, or Yoga from a recognized institution.

 •   Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience preferred.

 •   Strong understanding of anatomy, and the principles of Pilates or Yoga.

 •   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 •   Ability to motivate and inspire clients.

 •   Commitment to personal fitness and a healthy lifestyle.

 •  Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

 •  Manage the marketing budget and ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective.

 •  Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online content.

 •  Collaborate with the management team to set marketing goals and track progress.

 •  Coordinate and attend community events to promote the services.

 •  Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

 •  Maintain and update the website and social media profiles.

 •  Foster relationships with local businesses and health professionals to create referral partnerships.




 •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

 •  Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the health and fitness industry.
