TheraFit 12-Week Programme  

Reclaim Your Life From Trauma

The programme is designed to help you manage and heal from trauma by unlocking emotions and thoughts tied to traumatic experiences. Whether you have endured a road traffic accident, historical abuse, the loss of a loved one, or any other life-threatening situation, this programme is tailored to support your recovery. 7 Trauma-based group sessions and 7 Fitness classes (Classical Reformer Pilates, Yoga and Stretch Therapy).
What Happens in Your Sessions:
 
Prior to starting your programme, you will begin with a personalised assessment, including a mental and physical health evaluation.
 
During this assessment, you will identify your key stress triggers, behavioural patterns, physical fitness levels and goals to create a tailored plan. 
You will start the Reclaim Your Life from Trauma programme running on a weekly basis. In addition, you will be allocated to one of our specialists who will continuously monitor your progress and make necessary adjustments to your care plan.
 
If needed, you will be offered a follow up session in 1-2 months.
On Successful Completion, You Will:

  • Significantly reduce physical pain
  • Reclaim control over your life
  • Learn effective strategies to manage pain
  • Understand fitness principles in relation to trauma 
  • Improve flexibility and increase overall strength
  • Enhance self-esteem 
  • Increase emotional and physical resilience 
  • Release physical manifestation stored in the body via Stretch Therapy and Yoga
