TheraFit 7-Week Programme  

Work and Family Burnout

This programme is designed to help you cope with severe burnout from any aspect of life- work, family, volunteering, or relationships. It combines 5 group CBT sessions with 5 group Reformer Pilates sessions, addressing both the mental and physical symptoms of burnout.
What Happens in Your Sessions:
 
Prior to starting your programme, you will begin with a personalised assessment, including a mental and physical health evaluation.
 
During this assessment, you will identify your key stress triggers, behavioural patterns, physical fitness levels and goals to create a tailored plan. 

You will start the Work and Family Burnout programme running on a weekly basis. In addition, you will be allocated to one of our specialists who will continuously monitor your progress and make necessary adjustments to your care plan.
 
If needed, you will be offered a follow-up session in 1-2 months.
On Successful Completion, You Will:
  • Develop effective coping skills
  • Establish clear boundaries for self-care
  • Improve self-care routines
  • Reduce physical symptoms of burnout, such as muscle tension and fatigue
  • Increase energy levels and core strength
  • Strengthen your core muscles
  • Enhance flexibility and overall body awareness
