This comprehensive programme is specifically designed for busy professionals struggling with various addiction issues, including sex, drugs, alcohol and work addiction. The goal is to help you understand your addictions, identify triggers, and learn effective strategies to manage these behaviours.
The programme includes 7 group therapy sessions to address personal triggers, 7 group Yoga sessions to promote mindfulness and relaxation, or 7 group Stretch Therapy sessions to relieve stress and improve flexibility.
What Happens in Your Sessions:
Prior to starting your programme, you will begin with a personalised assessment, including a mental and physical health evaluation.
During this assessment, you will identify your key stress triggers, behavioural patterns, physical fitness levels and goals to create a tailored plan.
You will start the Freedom From Addiction programme running on a weekly basis. In addition, you will be allocated to one of our specialists who will continuously monitor your progress and make necessary adjustments to your care plan.
If needed, you will be offered a follow-up session in 1-2 months
