TheraFit Bundle 1: Stress Relief 

The aim is to help busy professionals, of whatever gender, to combat their stress by learning strategies that will help them to manage their workload more effectively. The emphasis will be on understanding the triggers of work-related stress and minimising their impacts. It consists of 7 group sessions of Reformer Pilates and 5 group sessions of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. These are done in parallel on a weekly basis.

 

The benefits are to be able to understand the triggers of stress related anxiety and learn useful  techniques that allow you to be focused and improve your concentration

       TheraFit Bundle 2: Emotion Regulation

Training based on Dialectical Behavioural Therapy to achieve emotional regulation, supported by Yoga Sound. The aim is to assist people who experience intense emotions. The Bundle will consist of 7 group sessions of Yoga Sound, combined with 5 DBT sessions, taken in parallel on a weekly basis.

 

The benefits are to learn new strategies (psychological as well as physical) to reduce the intensity of your emotions by understanding them and finding compromises with them.

TheraFit Bundle 3: Work and Family Burnout

The aim is to help you to cope with severe burnout, relating to any area of your life including work, family, volunteering, relationships.  The focus is on addressing underlying thoughts, beliefs and unhelpful behaviours that contribute to feelings of burnout. The Bundle will help you to develop effective coping skills when you are feeling overwhelmed, with setting up clear boundaries and self-care routines.  The bundle will consist of 6 sessions of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) combined with 8 group sessions of Mat Pilates, to reduce physical symptoms of burnout such as muscle tension, fatigue and decreased energy levels.

 

The focus will be on strengthening your core muscles, improving flexibility and enhancing overall body awareness.

 

The benefits are that you will learn practical skills for self-care, setting up clear personal and professional boundaries and learning skills to reduce the physical symptoms that are associated with burnout.

TheraFit Bundle 4: Advance Mindfulness 

The aim of this Bundle is to make you mindful of your current emotions. The focus is to encourage you to stay “present in the moment”, avoid distractions, and focus on what is most relevant to you, using advanced versions of Mindfulness. Also to stay in control of emotions, mind and body (physically as well as psychologically).  It consists of 6 group sessions of different varieties of Mindfulness and 8 sessions of Refresh Yoga that will specifically work with your physical sensations that are linked to your emotions.

 

The benefits are to stay focused on what is relevant to you now and to learn to tolerate and accept your emotions as they are.

TheraFit Bundle 5: Life without Trauma

The aim of this Bundle is to help you to manage trauma. The focus is to unlock your emotions and thoughts related to traumatic experiences that you may have had. These might include a road traffic accident, historical abuse, having lost a loved one or any other situation that might have threatened your existence or that of a loved one. It consists of 7 trauma-related group sessions, supported by 9 group sessions of Reformer Pilates and  2 Stretches techniques, specifically designed to unlock your emotions and give your life better balance and perspectives.

TheraFit Bundle 6: Antedote to Anxiety and Depression 

The aim of this bundle is to assist you to shift your mood (from anxiety and depression) and introduce more activities in your life. The focus is to increase happiness and to reduce the fear of remaining in the anxious and depressed state that many people live with and experience. The Bundle consists of 6 group sessions based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and 8 group sessions of Reformer Pilates and 1 stretches  techniques. These will direct you to shift your negative way of thinking about yourselves, others or the world, and increase your energy level via physical activities. Activity is the Antedote to Anxiety!
