THERAFIT 5-WEEK PROGRAMME 1: STRESS RELIEF

Designed for busy professionals, this focuses on helping you manage stress by understanding its triggers and minimising their impact. Through 5 group sessions of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) paired with 5 group Reformer Pilates sessions, you will gain the tools to handle stress.

 

What Happens in Your Sessions:

Prior to starting your programme, you will begin with a personalised assessment, including a mental and physical health evaluation.

 

During this assessment, you will identify your key stress triggers, behavioural patterns, physical fitness levels and goals to create a tailored plan. 

You will start the Stress Relief programme running on a weekly basis. In addition, you will be allocated to one of our specialists who will continuously monitor your progress and make necessary adjustments to your care plan. If needed, you will be offered a follow up session in  1-2 months 

On Successful Completion, You Will;

  • Understand your personal triggers of stress related anxiety 

  • Learn useful techniques to notice early signs of stress

  • Boost your concentration for daily tasks

  • Learn how Reformer Pilates can complement CBT in managing stress

THERAFIT 5-WEEK PROGRAMME 2: EMOTION MANAGEMENT

This programme is crafted for those who experience intense emotions, offering support through 5 sessions of Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and 5 group sessions of Yoga. You will learn to manage and understand  your emotions more effectively.

What Happens in Your Sessions:

Prior to starting your programme, you will begin with a personalised assessment, including a mental and physical health evaluation.

 

During this assessment, you will identify your key stress triggers, behavioural patterns, physical fitness levels and goals to create a tailored plan. 

You will start the Emotion Management programme running on a weekly basis. In addition, you will be allocated to one of our specialists who will continuously monitor your progress and make necessary adjustments to your care plan.

 

If needed, you will be offered a follow up session in 1-2 months.

 

On Successful Completion, You Will ;

  • Develop new strategies to focus on accepting uncomfortable emotions

  • Learn grounding techniques via Yoga

  • Learn how DBT in conjunction with Yoga teach you to be present, focus on your breathing and bodily sensations

  • Learn how to remain present in a stressful situation

  • Reinforce mindfulness both cognitively (through DBT exercises and somatically (through yoga practice)

  • Reduce the intensity of your emotions

 

THERAFIT 5 WEEK  PROGRAMME 3: WORK AND FAMILY BURNOUT

This programme is designed to help you cope with severe burnout from any aspects of life- work, family, volunteering, or relationships. It combines 5 group CBT sessions with 5 group Reformer Pilates sessions, addressing both the mental and physical symptoms of burnout.

Prior to starting your programme, you will begin with a personalised assessment, including a mental and physical health evaluation.

 

During this assessment, you will identify your key stress triggers, behavioural patterns, physical fitness levels and goals to create a tailored plan. 

You will start the Work and Family Burnout programme running on a weekly basis. In addition, you will be allocated to one of our specialists who will continuously monitor your progress and make necessary adjustments to your care plan.

 

If needed, you will be offered a follow up session in 1-2 months.

On Successful Completion, You Will;

  • Establish clear boundaries for self care

The programme focuses on keeping you mindful of your emotions, encouraging you stay present and in control. It includes 5 group CBT- based Mindfulness sessions and 5 group Stretch Therapy sessions, helping you manage your emotional and physical sensations.​

You will start the Advanced Mindfulness programme running on a weekly basis. In addition, you will be allocated to one of our specialists who will continuously monitor your progress and make necessary adjustments to your care plan.

 

If needed, you will be offered a follow up session in 1-2 months.

THERAFIT 7 WEEK PROGAMME 5: RECLAIM YOUR LIFE FROM TRAUMA

The programme is designed to help you manage and heal from trauma by unlocking emotions and thoughts tied to traumatic experiences. Whether you have endured a road traffic accident, historical abuse, the loss of a loved one, or any other life-threatening situation, this programme is tailored to support your recovery. 7 Trauma-based group sessions and 7 Fitness classes (Classical Reformer Pilates, Yoga and Stretch Therapy).

What Happens in Your Sessions:

Prior to starting your programme, you will begin with a personalised assessment, including a mental and physical health evaluation.

 

During this assessment, you will identify your key stress triggers, behavioural patterns, physical fitness levels and goals to create a tailored plan. 

You will start the Reclaim Your Life from Trauma programme running on a weekly basis. In addition, you will be allocated to one of our specialists who will continuously monitor your progress and make necessary adjustments to your care plan.

 

If needed, you will be offered a follow up session in 1-2 months.

THERAFIT 5 WEEK PROGRAMME 6: ANTIDOTE TO ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION

The programme aims to help to shift your mood away from anxiety and depression by introducing more positive activities into your life. The focus is on enhancing happiness and reducing the fear of remaining trapped in anxious and depressive states.

 

The programme includes 5 CBT group sessions and 5 group Classical Reformer Pilates. These activities are designed to help your shift negative thinking pattern and boost your energy levels through physical activity.

You will start the Antidote to Anxiety and Depression programme running on a weekly basis.

 

In addition, you will be allocated to one of our specialists who will continuously monitor your progress and make necessary adjustments to your care plan.

On Successful Completion, You Will:

THERAFIT 7 WEEK  PROGRAMME 7: FREEDOM FROM ADDICTION

This comprehensive programme is specifically designed for busy professionals struggling with various addiction issues, including sex, drugs, alcohol and work addiction. The goal is to help you understand your addictions, identify triggers, and learn effective strategies to manage these behaviours.

The programme includes 7 group therapy sessions to address personal triggers, 7 group Yoga sessions to promote mindfulness and relaxation, or 7 group Stretch Therapy sessions to relieve stress and improve flexibility.

What Happens in Your Sessions:

Prior to starting your programme, you will begin with a personalised assessment, including a mental and physical health evaluation.

You will start the Freedom From Addiction programme running on a weekly basis. In addition, you will be allocated to one of our specialists who will continuously monitor your progress and make necessary adjustments to your care plan.

 

If needed, you will be offered a follow up session in 1-2 months
