Transform your mood and boost your activity level.
The programme aims to help to shift your mood away from anxiety and depression by introducing more positive activities into your life. The focus is on enhancing happiness and reducing the fear of remaining trapped in anxious and depressive states.
The programme includes 5 CBT group sessions and 5 group Classical Reformer Pilates. These activities are designed to help you shift negative thinking patterns and boost your energy levels through physical activity.
What Happens in Your Sessions:
Prior to starting your programme, you will begin with a personalised assessment, including a mental and physical health evaluation.
During this assessment, you will identify your key stress triggers, behavioural patterns, physical fitness levels and goals to create a tailored plan.
You will start the Antidote to Anxiety and Depression programme running on a weekly basis.
In addition, you will be allocated to one of our specialists who will continuously monitor your progress and make necessary adjustments to your care plan.
If needed, you will be offered a follow-up session in 1-2 months.
