TheraFit 7-Week Programme  

Advanced Mindfulness

The programme focuses on keeping you mindful of your emotions, encouraging you to stay present and in control. It includes 5 group CBT-based Mindfulness sessions and 5 group Stretch Therapy sessions, helping you manage your emotional and physical sensations.​
What Happens in Your Sessions:
 
Prior to starting your programme, you will begin with a personalised assessment, including a mental and physical health evaluation.
 
During this assessment, you will identify your key stress triggers, behavioural patterns, physical fitness levels and goals to create a tailored plan. 

You will start the Advanced Mindfulness programme running on a weekly basis. In addition, you will be allocated to one of our specialists who will continuously monitor your progress and make necessary adjustments to your care plan.
 
If needed, you will be offered a follow-up session in 1-2 months.
On Successful Completion, You Will:
  • Stay focused on what matters most to you
  • Learn to accept your emotions 
  • Reduce anxiety and depression by staying present
