Designed for busy professionals, this focuses on helping you manage stress by understanding its triggers and minimising their impact. Through 5 group sessions of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) paired with 5 group Reformer Pilates sessions, you will gain the tools to handle stress.
What Happens in Your Sessions:
Prior to starting your programme, you will begin with a personalised assessment, including a mental and physical health evaluation.
During this assessment, you will identify your key stress triggers, behavioural patterns, physical fitness levels and goals to create a tailored plan.
You will start the Stress Relief programme running on a weekly basis. In addition, you will be allocated to one of our specialists who will continuously monitor your progress and make necessary adjustments to your care plan. If needed, you will be offered a follow-up session in 1-2 months
