Structure and Personalisation


The Trauma Recovery Programme lasts 12 weeks, with each session occurring weekly. Before starting your programme, you will undergo a personalised assessment. This assessment includes both a mental and physical health evaluation. It takes place in the presence of both a mental health and physical health specialist under one roof. This ensures that all your goals are met during the programme.


During the initial assessment, you will identify your key stress triggers resulting from the trauma you have suffered. You will also discuss behavioural triggers and your current physical fitness levels to create a bespoke plan tailored just for you.


Our mental and physical health specialists will continuously monitor your progress over the weeks. They will make any necessary adjustments to your care plan to ensure you receive the best support possible.


If necessary, 1-2 months after successfully completing your programme, you will be entitled to a follow-up session. This session will reconsolidate the techniques and tools learned during your recovery. We understand that recovery isn’t always linear, so it’s important that you don’t fall back into negative coping mechanisms.
