We are passionate about Mental Health. Our mission is to help you to find what you need to live a longer, happier and healthier life.

For many years,  we have dedicated our lives to helping people to recover from Depression, Anxiety, Burnout, Stress, Addiction and Trauma. 

We BLEND together a mix of psychological  strategies adapted from the evidence-based therapy  supported by Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Stretches and Yoga. We address mental health issues, by adding  specifically tailored  fitness classes to therapy. This blended approach has proven to be much more effective than  just therapy or fitness independently.  


Remember: all our emotions are linked to our bodily sensations.
